There are several exploitable results in the respective sheet with missing information so we need that in order to proceed to the next step.

Therefore a small extension by Wednesday 23/10 is given.

Please check the file and don’t forget that the information there is subject to changes so even if you are not sure please go ahead and edit the file.

Dear partners,

In the framework of T8.4 I am sending you the main tool that will be used during the project to define the Exploitable Results (ERs), Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and be used for the development of Business Model Canvas and IPR management.

In order to be clear about what each sheet is:

Instructions – Terminology: Please read this sheet as it contains terminology, instructions on how to complete the Excel and useful information.
Background IP: All background information from the CA has been transferred to this sheet. Please update them and add (if any) any other background that is not included in the CA. This procedure of course will be dynamic so a first update will be done now and probably there will be more when new information or background should be added.
Exploitable results: Here you will find the KERs from the proposal. At this point, responsible partners (mostly technical partners) should add all the necessary information for the identified exploitable results and add if there is anything new. This information is very crucial as based on this we will be able to proceed in the second step and through assessment define which of them are KERs. The columns that you should edit at this point are A-V.
ER evaluation: This sheet will be edited after defining the previous sheet so now there is no need to do anything
Exploitation plans: This sheet will be edited at a later stage.
IPR management: Similarly this sheet will be filled out later.

Based on the above all partners should:

Check Instructions – Terminology
Update background information and add anything new in Background IP
Edit columns A-V in sheet Exploitable results

The deadline for this is 15/10.

All updates should be done in the online version that can be found here. The attached document is only for you to check it thoroughly and work it first internally if you want.
