Dear partners,

As we have already discussed, we need to start reporting all dissemination/communication/publication activities taking place during the project lifetime. To this end, we have prepared an Excel file Dissemination and Communication Reporting_1.0, which we kindly ask you to fill in every time you participate in an event or engage in any promotional activity for the project.

In case of your participation in events for presenting/promoting the project or in case of papers presentations, we will need you to send us a short summary of this activity and relevant link so as to create posts for website and social media. It is really critical to know beforehand what are your planned dissemination activities in order to better communicate them through the project’s channels.

Also, send us suggestions on reports, studies, publications, etc. related to the project's scope that you feel it would be useful to share. Our goal is to 1) get your suggestions, 2) create posts (we need to drive traffic to the web site), 3) share them via social media.

In order to increase our social media visibility, please make sure that you follow URBREATH in Twitter and LinkedIn and you promote these accounts within your network and organisations. Also please retweet/share our posts.
