Thank you for your action and notes. Will you be available to join the WP10 monthly call this Monday at 1:30?  It would make sense to first have the communications discussion with its home WP and then to bring it up in Paris. OK?

A few notes to consider:
Media will never use a/our leaflet or poster, even less a layout for a pop-banner.
If these are resources for the project partners maybe they are better hosted on the sharepoint.
These materials are not ready to use on the social media (too much superimposed text, unfriendly file sizes, image is non-specific etc. poster and brochure are basically the same, only different formats)
If this is a resource for the media, let us tailor it accordingly. Same if for social media.
